Hello again! I just got back from Malaysia week less than 4 days ago, and the trip is still fresh in my mind. We set off by bus in the school on Sunday and the journey was "6 to 8" hours, pretty long right? Any way I past time by thinking off random things, including about my Runescape account. =) While, when we reach there we had a 40 minute boat ride to the island to set up our camp, the boat ride was fun because we were traveling full speed with the wind on our face and hair, and when it drizzled our faces felt kind of cool and damp, it was a fun experience. After setting up our camp we spent the rest 5 days doing various activities consisting of trekking steep tracks full of leaches that try to crawl up your shoe and hang on leaves ready to jump and ambush you. We also had some bamboo rafting, hiking, water activities, survival skills, night walk, fishing, visiting the forest tribes, and free time in the lake! It was fun!
And in my spring break, we are going Cangkor Laut, which is near the sea, we are staying there for 3 days. Our holiday is 7 days so there's lots of free time! I hope you enjoy your spring break too!

Hey students in memphis!

Hi!!!! My name is Sean and I live in Singapore, well used to... This is currently my second International school I've been to and my previous and first international school was in Jakarta, JIS. Singapore is a great country and I recommend you to go there, but it's pretty strict about rules and laws. ISKL is a good school, though I think JIS is better for that was my first and best school. Now, I am going to describe Malaysia, because I am told to... =P
Malaysia is a nice place, it is near the equator and people there receive hot heat and pouring rain from the merciless forces of nature, but it doesn't snow. Unfortunately. There are different races, meaning different food. I love food!!! And in Malaysia you get to savor many different Asian cultural food and tradition.
My daily life in Malaysia might bore you a little, but anyways, school starts at 8am sharp, and I wake up at 6.30, I take quite a while to eat breakfast, and it's always me to have to wait for my horrid 8th grade sister... she's bad. really, she is. If you have a sibling you'll know.... Really. No joking. Yeah, so after getting ready we hop into the car and go to ISKl. When you reach ISKL you go to homegroup first, a place where you can chill, read a book, play a game, or get some more sleep, but it lasts for only 15 minutes. We have 4 classes, and in between the classes we have breaks, so it's a class, than a 10 minute break, than a class, and than lunch which is 50 minutes, and after lunch we have another class, than another 10 minute break, and we have class again. One thing I like about this international school is because they have breaks in between classes so you can get your next class folders ready, and maybe grab a snack, last I like the way lunch is 50 minutes! Why....? Because I love food!!!! Fact about me, I prefer eating with a fork than a spoon.
